Exchanges

We accept exchanges for retail price items in new condition within 7 days from delivery date. The item cannot be worn, damaged, washed or altered. The original tags must be attached.

 

If you would like to process an exchange, please send an email to Oaklandsesiede@gmail.com with your concerns.

Once received, we will evaluate your claim. If we agree with your assertions, we will respond and request that you please return the item. We will provide you with all necessary information to do so in our response. However, you are solely responsible for the cost of exchanging the item. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by its original tags. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges, no exceptions. 

*** Original shipping fees are not refundable. Customers will be responsible for providing their own return label unless they were sent the wrong item(s).

FINAL SALE please contact us prior to completing checkout and we will answer any questions to ensure you are comfortable with your purchase.

Damaged/Defective Merchandise & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send an email to oaklandsesiedellc@gmail.com, including photos of damaged/defective item(s), within 7 Business Days of receiving the merchandise. All labels and tags must remain attached in its original state. Keep all labels, tags, packaging and mailing materials for review. 

*** Any order received but not approved for return will be refused and forwarded back to the sender. We will cover shipping costs for any defective merchandise.
